Can I request a refund?
Both game purchase refunds and pre-order cancellations are subject to the applicable store’s refund policies (See Below)
How to request a refund or cancel a preorder:
To request a refund of the game or cancellation or your preorder, we invite you to contact the retailer you purchased your copy of God of War (2018) from.

Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any title that is requested within 14 days of purchase and has been played for less than 2 hours. Even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can submit a request and we’ll take a look at it.

Games and products are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase. However, you must have less than 2 hours of runtime on record. Products that include virtual currency, skins, or other consumables and products or games that are marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible for refund.
What about Pre-purchases?
You may cancel your pre-purchase and get a refund at any time before the official release date set by the publisher/developer on the Epic Games Store. After the game is released, you may request a refund within 14 days if you have not played the game for more than 2 hours.
